Agree, but if @corgimom11 states your particular location does not provide x packaging as a general rule, that’s your answer

ship almost everything and I have never received a shopping bag with the items in two decades shopping. A garment bag is usually included with coats. A hanger is rare. Sometimes I am asked if I want a sweater with a garment bag or a box and sometimes it just comes in a box.

I do get garment bags, but perhaps this belongs in unpopular opinions: unlike chanel garment bags, Hermes ones are very heavy and bulky. And, Hermes hangers, IMO, feel cheap, and so as not to be too OT: if your garment is heavy, I truly believe the H hanger isn’t sturdy enough.

I just received the package included garment bag and hanger but no shopping bag . You are right the hanger feels cheap and not sturdy to hold my jacket for long.

But the garment bag feels really sturdy albeit heavy like @880 mentioned

Exactly…I broke the hanger trying to get my heavy duffle coat back on it and into the garment bag. I switched out the flimsy hanger but retained the well made though heavy garment bag.

Shopping bags are to carry your purchase home. Why would one need a paper shopping bag for an item delivered directly to your door?

Got this 24SS sweater last weekend. I tried the pink/white one and this one, ended up going with the classic. My SA also brought out the dress with the same pattern, it was cute! I needed a long sleeve sweater for the current season, so this one went home with me. Also found this pair of wedge sandals in the store, LOVE them.

Wasn’t shopping RTW today but overheard that this arrived just today at Madison. It’s about $6050 I think since someone had asked earlier. It’s extremely oversized as a heads up.

New items. I have gone from disliking H rtw, to loving some of their pieces. Had to get the pants in different sizes. The orange set looks ugly on the hanger but amazing color once it’s on.
