Thank you @SDC2003 ! It does run true to size. I would have preferred the long sleeved version but the pattern didn't flatter on me (my upper arms are slightly bigger).

Funny you mention this as I feel the same way about my arms, but I think your arms look just fine and this sweater looks very nice on you! Thank you for your thoughts on sizing :).

Tried this beautiful Astrologie top today.... Decided to pass on it though as I felt it was a smidge too big in the shoulders. Or do you guys think it fits well? I would normally wear it with tighter fitting pants...
Aaaaand now that I'm looking at the picture, does it look a bit pyjama-ish?

I like it on you but would have to see it live to assess the fit. I often wear pyjama tops with a CDC belt and jeans, so even if you feel it looks like a pyjama, it can still be a cute look. However, to me it looks like an airy summer blouse and would be lovely with slim white or navy pants or even a high waist skirt.

Horrible photo. Taken quickly at the store to show my husband but decided to share here. Just waiting for my store to bring in my size. It will be my first twillain cardigan. I’ve waited for just the right one that suits me to come along and this is it!

Saw this Jungle Love cardigan in the Vert Veronese colourway and it was beautiful and almost majestically elegant. Love the jacquard silk which seem to add some weight to the cardigan and made it sit better.

It doesn’t look like a pajama to me. I can’t quite see the arms, but the rest looks great on you. Maybe ask if they have a short-sleeved version if you’re not happy with the shoulders.

Ok, I feel like I’ve missed something because I don’t understand the skipped sizes. Are they no longer making size 36 for the twillaine cardigan? Because that’s the size I’ve been wearing and I definitely want another :heart::heart:

I was wondering if it came in another color! I bet it’s beautiful. And I’m in total agreement about the jacquard. Seems a little more sturdy too. I picked mine up a couple weeks ago. Here’s a closeup of the jacquard pattern for those who haven’t seen it before. 115B8435-446E-41A0-82D4-9C4B585D546F.jpeg

Yep! And I wasn’t aware the sizing had changed until I was set on getting Junge Love. I’m sure you’d take the size 34 now. I believe it’s really supposed to be a size range of 34-36. The 38 is 38-40 and of course then 42-44. I say this because my SA thought that was the case. I also tried the 38 BdG love version when it was available and the new JL size 38 seems to fit a tad bigger. Hope that helps.

Thanks. It still looks a bit pyjama-ish to me but I keep thinking about this top so I might go back wearing proper pants and try it again.

Thanks for the reply! They did have a short sleeve version but not in my size. This is the last bit of RTW left from the current season so she said the rest is all sold out.
