I also visited Salou on Saturday; what a coincidence, three TPFers were there on the same day!
I agree with Mooks – Salou’s birkins are overpriced for what they are. Some of them are scruffy and they should not be displayed by the window, on glass shelves, exposed to the sunlight. However, I find that their kellys are more reasonably priced, in better condition, and stored towards the back of the store in glass casing away from the sun.
On another note, if anyone is looking for a black Kelly pochette with PHW, they have one at Salou for £1600 – blindstamp J, I think the leather was ever grain.
