The Face-O-Mat artist did some really cool artwork. I like the picture he drew of me. 
Was it mentioned at all at the opening whether the Palo Alto location offers surteint treatments? Or can this be done via mail if I bring an older scarf to an Hermes store?
I posted my photos on my IG this morning too. It was a terrific event. A lot of graphic bags and the after party was really special.

Update: just came back from visiting the new store- I had flashes of visiting FSH before the new system went into place! People were lined up before the doors opened, and then it was a mad house for at least an hour. Patience ended up paying off and we left with a beautiful Rose Extreme Constance and some other goodies!
This is such a special picotin (or picotin-like).
