Does anyone know if Oslo carry the equestrian items? Polowraps/bandages, saddle pads etc?:) Or would I be better off getting them online? I really want the 'full store experience' with the nice boxes and shopping bags, but I'm quite young and I suppose not their usual clientele, so I'm worried I'd feel totally out of place.

H newbie when it comes to their bags, and I'm sure this has been asked millions of times before.

Does anyone know if there are any Birkins at the Oslo store?
If not, how long does it take from the time of order to the bag is in store?

Hi, I would not count on the Oslo store. They never have bags like Birkins or Kellys, the SA's are mostly very rude or completly clueless. Very dissapointed in the service!

PS, it's not possible to order a Birkin, they do not take orders in the Oslo store

Hi, just to check, I remember reading somewhere that pricing in Oslo city store are more expensive than when they sell it through online. Anybody can confirm?
And if anyone knows the exact price of Micro Kelly at Oslo store? TIA!

I was there early May and do not see any Bs or Ks on display.

On the VAT part, I was told if you spend more than 10 000 NOK, it will be a 16% tax rebate. For any amount below that will be 14%. This is just an estimation as different amount spent will get back different VAT refund. Max rebate should be about 20% where you have to spend around 300000 NOK of stuffs.

The Oslo store does generally have a very good selection of scarves, both old an new. However, the SAs are fascinatingly clueless.

They do not know the names of their scarves (let alone the designer's),- whenever I ask whether they have a specific scarf, they give me a confused blank stare. Three times I have actually been told that "sorry, they do not have that scarf" and then I have spotted the scarves in question when I looking through the contents of their drawers! So don't bother to ask about specific scarves, just ask to look through all their drawers.

Oh, and don't believe them when they promise to phone you when a specific scarf arrives.

In June this year, a very helpful SA kindly showed me lists of which scarves and CWs they would be getting in in the autumn (the Oslo shop is a franchise, so they have to order their scarves from Hermes well in advance). Having bought 7 scarves in 3 months, I guess she regarded me as a good customer. She was also aware of the fact that I (via Purseforum) was familiar with many of the autumn designs. Anyway, she suggested I wrote down which scarves I was interested in on the form on which they have recorded my name, address etc., saying that they then would 'phone me as soon as each of the scarves arrived. Come September I had still nor heard from the shop, so I popped in. Several of the scarves I was interested were lying on display. I asked why they had not 'phoned me. Oh, they just hadn't got round to it. I bought one of the scarves and said I was looking forward to seeing the remaining ones when they arrived. They still haven't phoned...

Thank you for your response! :flowers: Wondering if they carry shoes more specifically for RTW. Would you happen to know? :smile1:

I don´t know really, sorry :( but the store is not big, and they have a lot of things in the back so just ask them if you are looking for something special. Talk to Bjørg the SM if she is there, she know what they have :)

Or call them! They are very friendly, 0047 22 00 42 03 if you are calling from outside Norway.

Has anyone bought a black birkin in Oslo? I really want one, but I have not bought anything from the store :(

Is it possible to have a look at the different leather types and colors in the store?
