Ok! Tons of insight:
- the store is huge. Scarves, makeup, and mens accessories on the first floor
- 2nd floor mens RTW and leather goods including handbags, SLG
- 3rd floor shoes, womens RTW, and home

the only bags I saw being offered were a larger Halzan in maybe a bluepale or blue glacier, and a larger bolide in a box.I overheard a SA tell her client that “xxx is for waitlist only” can only assume that was a B/K ask.

I did askfor a non quota bag and received it - but I only asked after committing to some other Purchases. The SA I worked with confused my ask for a Lindy so I think if you asked for one it would be ok, not refused right away. The handbag area was chock full of amazing bags and SLGs but no bearn (just one long redbox) and calvi were ostrich only. I did not see any Drag in the cases tho - but you could still ask. I got the feeling that if you’re nice and agree to a couple other things then they would offer you a non quota.Overall amazing experience. I did go late afternoon and it was a little busy, so maybe try Going earlier in the Am!!

Milan and stores in Italy as a whole prioritize local customers. The stock at the Milan store is amazing and almost better than the Parisian stores, but once again, all the bags are meant for local, long-standing customers. You might have better luck with getting a Picotin, but it seems as though Picotins are also getting harder to buy. Good luck!

I was in the Milan store last month & stock was very low in every department. For example, they only had 3 twillies to pick from :shocked: & not a lot of shoe selection either. The leather goods SA told me they had Herbags & that's it, no popular non-quota or quota bags.

Our driver/tour guide did tell me that his last guest dropped 50k on scarves & was offered an emerald nilo croc Kelly though

We haven’t left Milan yet (we will be flying out of Malpensa). Our hotel mentioned they have mailboxes at the airport so in case it’s closed you can mail it to them. Not sure how the process is for that though. Our flight is at noon so thankfully we won’t have to worry about it! *phew* Were you able to get your herbag? :happydance:

I haven’t try yet. But we bought stuff from cartiar in Florence and trying to get refund. But not sure how it works since it needs to be stamp and custom
Office won’t be open that early. :(

At the Milan Store today.

I was offered Picotin 22 Noir SO black but I declined, I already got Picotin 18 So Black at the beginning of this year from my Home store in NYC.

Saw someone got offered Mini Kelly in noir along with twilly. And she’s def not local.

I guess it’s all depends :whut:
