I heard that in August the cities are very quiet and most stores are closed as it's too hot and many locals will vacation elsewhere. Is that right?

the Milan store is under renovation... so it has been relocated to a side street. it is very small and the merchandising is very limited!

I am going to Milan/Venice in last week of April. How hard is it to find an Evelyn pm, in a neutral color (brown, gray)? I've been checking the website and it only has the spring colors that I am not interested in. Would stores carry other colors different from the website?
