I know the thread title is Metallic Chèvre but I just saw these Gris Argent Gator Chypres and had to post. Guess Gris Argent comes in more than one leather!

I have one of these too! Mine is also from 2005, but with a sale stamp. I also do not know the color but I call it bronze because I think that silver is a much cooler color. Mine has also held up very well with no fading or rubbing. I will sometimes carry it inside another bag and it still looks great.

Metallics are definitely making a comeback. Some look like different colors than previous metallics but I love the metallics trend.

This isn't a metallic leather. It was offered in bags for Spring/Summer 2020.
