This is a tough choice! I am going back and forth between a Kelly 32 and 35 and bolide 31, so I can understand your dilemma. They are both beautiful, but honestly, only you can make the decision. The color of the Lindy is beautiful. My feeling is if you're not sure about either, get neither, but if you must choose one or the other, get the one that you can see yourself using for years to come and the most practical for your lifestyle. Personally, I use simple, practical, functional bags more (Bolide), but if you have simple and practical and want something more fun, get the (Lindy). I have many fun bags sitting on my shelf, but it is always the practical bag that I grab the most.

Go with what your heart desires. Both are classic H bags, so either one you are safe. It boils down to the current colour availability, which do u wear most? Pastel - go lindy. Classic - go bolide. Trust me, H is a slippery slope. U will not settle with just 1 H bag. Good Luck deciding.

Tough choice but I agree with the other TPfers, it must make your heart sing. It is a tidy sum of money so it has to make you smile.
I have both Bolide and Lindy. Both are great for travel (pre-Covid, do course)as it has a zip closure but the Bolide is easier to pack. The Lindy was the last H style I bought as my DH does not like the shape. But I still love it as it's a Verso.

I used to not like the look of a lindy until I had to carry and use my aunt’s full croc lindy 26 from Hong Kong to Canada YEARS ago (I’m American - so they won’t tax the bag when I enter) and the amount of space, easy access, just how good that bag actually made me realize what the fuss is all about.
I have a lindy 30, am 5’ 6 - works great for me even when I have to chase my toddler around.

It sounds like you like the Bolide, but not the 31 size. Have you considered a 27 cm (or even a 1933-style 30 cm)?
Sorry you are feeling uncertain about your H bag purchase. It’s a lot of money and I can understand how stressful it is to not be 100% happy when spending so much money.
I like the Lindy (and own one) but I think the color/leather has to be right for you as well as the style. If you are unsure (and you sound like you are), I would agree with the others recommending you to return it for store credit and wait for a bag you love in the right color/style. (Also I would personally go for a regular Lindy 26 rather than the touch version (croc handle) if you do decide to exchange/wait for new arrivals. The non-croc version is much more carefree esp if this is your first H bag.)
