I have posted on my Jumping Boots before. I have regular calves I think and I have both Asian and the Regular Fit. Both fit me but the Asian definitely has a shorter shaft and wider calf allowance. They are stiffer in Box than Swift.
A) I think they are worth it, I like how they pair well with many of my Hermes outfits.
B)They are chic and stylish and smart. I have enough room at the calves to wear them over thick leggings and jeans.
C) Easier to slip on than off. They do need some time to remove and a boot jack works well.
D) I guess it does count towards purchase history
E) My own personal experience were that the smooth leather soles can be slippery which is why I added thin rubber soles to help with rain and ice in winter. And frankly they will never be as comfy to me as suede boots. Jumping boots are not really meant for long distance walking they are designed for riding. This is just my own experience.
These are my regular cut Black Box Ruthenium Jumpings at FSH just before Christmas. I bought these years ago at the very same store. HTH!

Hi All,

I would love to have some comments regarding these jumping boots. They are quiet expensive and want to know your thoughts on these boots. Thanks!

1. Are they worth it?
2. Easy to wear w clothing?
3. Easy to slip on?
4. Does it count towards your purchase for a bag?
5. Any personal issues with the boot?

1. Yes - if you wear them.
2. Best over skinnies/leggings and with minis. Some other skirts and dresses work too.
3. I needed a boot jack for mine to get them off.
4. Don't know, I buy what I want (including bags). It may depend on your territory/local store but usually (I think boots and shoes are considered part of the Women's Universe now so they should)
5. I had a pair in natural toile (canvas) and Gold (tan) calf (original cut). They were more structured in the Box version but still stiffer than the Swift. I don't have my boots anymore but I did wear them a lot. I prefer my Land boots (although H seem to have discontinued them) far easier to get on and off.

I agree, they're not great if you're walking all day but I asked if they were OK for riding and was told their Kross or Steeple are made for riding whereas Jumping boots are only 'inspired' by equestrian wear and are not recommended to ride in. There are better real riding boots out there too.

ITA too about the soles. Same as most leather-soled shoes/boots, some indoor floors could be lethal.

I've had mine for maybe 8-9 years and don't wear them all that much but do think they were worth it. It's a classic style and high quality. I had to buy a boot jack for them, not a big deal. I don't know for sure but I think they did count towards my purchases. I bought them at FSH. As you know, they are slim so your calf size matters and the pants have to be skinny if not wearing tights or leggings. Love them!
