I saw a photo of Hermes' new iPhone 3G case today in an internal company publication for spring, '09. It looks interesting and more imaginative than I expected. It will be available in Barenia or Evercalf, fitted to the shape of the phone with a top opening, similar to the Vuitton. But where the Vuitton cases leave you completely dependent on hearing the ring to know that anything's happening on your phone, the Hermes case will have a perforated front, showing a bit of the screen. Very chic. And yes, there's a wait list!

mooks: maybe instead of an iphone case you can get your iphone blinged with swarovski crystals! it looks really special and cool and you can have it done exactly as you want.. such a head-turner!

Cute suggestion but not really me plus I tend to sell my phones once I change contract.....thanks for thinking of me though

^^ I have the playing card case, and yes, it's too big - the phone will move around. I carry my compact and lipgloss in there too!
It was about SGD700 when I got it a couple of months ago.

Hi Mooks! Madison has a bunch of planets. I tried it for my blackberry - which is a bit larger than an iphone -- and it fit. I suppose the colors they had in stock didn't help my decision, but I passed on it. If I found one in a really great color, I would probably buy it just to have because I can see how it could be useful.

Just an FYI since you are heading to NY and I think they have been there for awhile.

Vogue, I'm sorry I haven't paid attention to the thread for a while. The photo I saw was only labeled "iPhone 3G.". No one seems willing to guess the price. I think its arrival is too far off.

yup, saw it at my store yesterday, there was a black one with orange lining. i'm still not sure if i'll get it, to answer calls and use the phone, you have to take it out of the case..
