Does anyone know if our store ordered the new birkin shoulder and particularly size 39? I am kind on the fence considering I am not a birkin person but love how that size fits on the shoulder.

Hi everyone! Has anyone in our Toronto store ever puchased a reversible belt with two buckles before? My friend in Vancouver said their store allows two buckles per reversible belt purchase, but my Toronto SA said it is one buckle per belt. I wonder if it is a store specific rule or is it SA specific? Thanks!

While i don’t own a reversible belt I heard that rule before for Toronto when inquiring and from other friends. I actually owned a buckle never used from a previous h sale and recently got rid of it since I realized I was never going to buy that belt.

oh, so it is a Toronto rule for one buckle per belt? so strange!

I got one early last year and was 1 buckle per belt, I don’t know if rules have changed since then.

Pretty sure it’s a company wide “rule” and getting two buckles is a very rare exception. They allegedly only sell the buckles in “kits” which is one buckle and one strap.

Ah I see, maybe it’s a standard for our Toronto store then. Thanks everyone!

I'm relatively new to Hermès in Toronto—I've only shopped here and there since 2023 and haven’t worked with a dedicated SA yet.

This year, I’m hoping to start building a relationship with an SA to try for a Kelly Élan or B30. I’ve visited the store a couple of times since the start of the year, and each time I’ve been paired with an Asian SA. (For context, I'm Asian as well—born in North America and don’t speak any other languages.) I don’t think it’s a sheer coincidence they’re doing this… has anyone else experienced something similar? I'm not complaining per se, but I haven't really vibed with any of the Asian SAs so far and I'm a bit reluctant to pay another visit knowing this. But I also think it's somewhat weird and delicate thing to speak to the SM about.

Btw when I was in the store on Saturday I saw many non-QBs being offered

I’ve been paired with Asian SAs as well and I’m not Asian, so I wouldn’t think too much of it. I’d try walking around the store and maybe try to chat with an SA that doesn’t seem busy :)

I feel it is coincidental and wouldn’t put too much thought into it. They give you whoever is available at the time you come in. I’ve had to go in multiple times to find an SA I vibe with!

Hi all! Wondering if anyone has been getting QB offers lately? My SA has been telling me since the end of last year that my QB is coming, but we're now in Q2 of 2025 and SA is now saying it will be sometime THIS YEAR 😢 Apparently they are behind with QBs, but I'm beginning to feel as though I'm being led on. This would be my first QB and it's been really discouraging. Sometimes I feel like giving up the chase, but I've already invested so much on this 'journey' 😂 Any insight would help!
