*gasp* the so black touch Pegase !!

Unfortunately, that was not a SO Black Pegasus Touch, the photo quality on TPF makes it hard to see the difference.

The body, mane, and tail are in Ardoise, which is a re-issued colour, but the matte alligator wing is in black. Here is a close up photo of it, you can see the difference between Ardoise and Black much better.

If it’s simple ones, they do it. I have taken in shoulder widths for my tops before. However, I think it’s the same for other brands, if the alteration will significantly change the design, they may not do it. You can check with your SA next time.

I saw the same thing today. Out in the open, upstairs. The SA brought boxes out from the back to show a customer. Shortly after I saw her and the customer come downstairs to check out. 🤷🏽‍♀️
