Quota doesn’t mean prespend, it means limit. It’s not “you have to meet quota to be offered” it’s “you have a quota limit of two per year.” Prespend will definitely be required for a Constance (barring extreme luck, charm, blah blah blah).

Recently saw a box c18 ghw presented to a client. The leather is very pretty, but delicate at the same time. Even though it's not a quota, we are told it will lengthen the wait for a QB.

I think even if they do get anything would be quite limited. I’m wondering if Paris will reserve more inventory for the Olympics too.
