Hi everyone! It’s my first time posting here and I also just started my H journey this month in Toronto. There’s an item I’m interested in online (I don’t know if it’s available in store), but I’m unable to go to the store for the next two weeks to ask my SA to help me order it/buy it in store. Does anyone know if SAs are able to send a payment link virtually for an online/instore item and pickup in 2 weeks? Complete newbie to the brand so don't want to ask the SA any silly questions. Thanks in advance!

If you absolutely want to purchase through your SA you'll have to see them in person unfortunately.

Just looked and you are correct. You can pull up the Balusoie by searching the name. I wonder if it’s to try and weed out the bots? Or just temporary.

Yes, I noticed the same for the Bolide. I'm glad I'm not the only one, but I do hope it's temporary!

ETA: just tried again now and the bag section seems to be back!

If it’s an in stock item I think only 3 days and for ticket items it will be 7 days. Not sure if they make any exception, best to email your SA to see.

Hold for 3 days if you request the item as "reserve in store" through the website and ticket items is for 7 days as @Tyz mentioned but I believe this is for requests made through the store/your SA no? I don't request a lot of ticket items though.

If you choose reserve in store option, email your SA and ask if he/she can extend the hold as you’ll be away. If it’s a brand new item from this season though, it’s usually no holds.

Yes and everyone’s experience is different. There’s no way to tell you, spend x and you’ll be offered an SO. It simply doesn’t work like that
