I'm surprised to hear that about H Barcelona and Madrid...

I go to those stores quite often and they're empty. Not even Lindies... Limited amount of silks and cashmere too...

On the display they only have a seasonal few bags, but they receive some Birkin or Kelly bags which are in the back. They usually offer them to their clients.

That's the point - they offer them to their clients. And I'm not teir client because they never offered me any bags. And I'm not interested in their very limited variety of silks or cashmere...

And also their very snobby attitude is confusing - I never experienced it in French H stores, or any H stores.

^yeah it's a horrible circle. I WOULD love to buy something from their store and become an established client but they NEVER have ANYTHING! I once saw a Bolide 35 in Crevette ...that's about it.

I went to the H store in Ortega as well. I bought 2 hapi bracelets (I know it's not much) and asked for twilly for my bf's mom. They said they didn't have any. When I was about to pay, I asked for the third time "are you sure you don't have twilly", then the SA said she'll check the stock at the back. It was only like two mins, she came back and showed me two, which I bought one. Why would they said they didn't have any twilly? :tdown:

Does anyone know if the H boutiques in Barcelona and Valencia are open year round? I will be in Spain in December and was wondering if there may be holiday hours that deviate from the ones reflected on the H website store directory.

Barcelona is open all year round. So is Madrid. Not sure about any other one in Spain.
On Ortega, I may be in the minority but I always experience very good service, Nuria is particularly lovely. I get shown things from the drawers and the back (lots of bags if you ask...) and they are always very nice, in my experience.

Hi everyone I'm intending to get an Evelyn from Spain Hermes. I was wondering which boutique should I turn to. And whether the selections there are good? It's my first Hermes purchase n I wanna make it good :)

And I'm looking at getting a kdt as well!!!

i have always seen some version of an evelyne in barcelona the past three years i visited. usually there are neutrals such as etoupe and black. even with this exchange rate you can still save almost $700 including VAT refund when you calculate the US price +sales tax. good luck!

Thanks! I'm debating because I want the orange color and currently my sa has it in stock here and I am debating if Spain would have it and I will wait. Should I just get it in the state. I am going to Madrid so Hermes there I think is smaller than the Barcelona one
