Oh yeah I know the feeling 🫣 - and I don’t know if anybody noticed but it feels like they got even stricter in the last few months. (Stock shortage?) like, my Profil is good, but I still need to buy FJ items to be offered a KTG - my SA told me.

This is true. They are very much keen on selling mainly to their local clientele when it comes to QB.

For example, as long as you live in Baden-WĂĽrttemberg it doesn't matter whether you shop in Stuttgart or Baden Baden (they're counted as one) but you have to be from the region. I'm sure there's always exceptions but things have changed after the pandemic.

Second that. And i also notice, it is not really possible anymore to be like "okay i'll put my wish for e.g. a B25 in and wait, it will arrive" - nope, the spending game has arrived in Germany too. Just my experience. Of course there are exceptions, but thats what i see

Indeed, but not as crazy as the US or Asia - but when you ask them, they say that pre-spend isn't mandatory and that they want costumers who love the brand in all its facets.

I go in ups and downs, I spend mostly on RTW, Shoes and Homeware. Jewelry I don't really like and I don't wear it, will consider a watch soon, but yeah this is where my money goes at Hermès. On the side note, I have friends who don't spend as much as I do, in fact their pre-spend is probably less than 5/6K and they still get bag offers, guess it all comes down to the relationship you establish.

Stuttgart and Baden Baden are also well stocked and the SA's are very nice and welcoming. I don't know much about FFM, but I've heard mixed things about it same as Munich.

I do get bag offers too - C18, CTG and K32. I can't really complain, but I noticed that spent expectations seem to be getting higher come 2024. Stock in FFM has been challenging the last few months, like i have been waiting for Bouncing sneakers for 3 months, same goes for a belt kit (NOT Kelly belt!) and various other "trivia"

So I called the Frankfurt boutique today and they said they don’t give out appointments in December but if I knew an SA they could make one for me. Does anyone have an SA that would be willing to help with an appointment? I will also be ordering some items for collection at the store. Happy to put anything I buy under someone else account to help with prespend. I don’t travel to Germany often, won’t hound your SA for a bag or any leather goods, just want a few RTW items and a pair of knit gloves I’m having shipped to the store. Just don’t want to wait in what I’m sure will be a crazy line on Dec 9 after my flight in.

Yes that is also my recent experience as in bag wish list offers get rarer and like I said before in this thread I think the spending game has arrived in Germany. Are you a regular high spending client - as in 1:1 for your desired bag wish? If not, I am afraid this Is what it will be like come 2024. The only way to shorten the waiting period…

Yes, maybe thats true. But between my first Birkin and my second there was also the exact same waiting time for the bag wish (8month after receiving the bag, then 1 year waiting time for the bag but I've spend waay less than now) - is that a coincidence?
I've spend around 4k in the last 6 months (still no wishlist appointment). And I still have to wait over one year after the wishlist appointment..

Just to weigh that in I was about 1.5:1 when I received my invitation for special order so I do believe spending thresholds have risen…

You also told there are no free appointments until January? In which boutique are you shopping? I am thinking of a Kelly Bracelet but I am not sure what to do at the moment. My SA told me in September that I will get a appointment in October but it didn't happen.
