The Greenwich boutique seems to get lumped into the NYC thread, but we northerners sometimes don’t like going into the city ;).

There are two locations to buy Hermes. Mitchells in Westport has a decent selection on leathers, silks and Avalon blankets. Then there is a full boutique in Greenwich.

I’ve shopped in many Hermes boutiques and Greenwich is my favorite by far. There are so many helpful SAs, the selection on everything is great and most importantly to me, there is little to no pretentiousness. The last time that I was in the store, the SM was on the floor herself working the register because of how busy it was in the store with the holiday shopping.

Hopefully this thread can be used to discuss events, great service and overall experience.

Ditto! The SM of Greenwich used to be the accessories Mgr in Madison back in the days. The Greenwich store is so chill, and the service is great. It is a very small store compared to Madison (size wise is like Wall Street), but I got the feeling that all the sales people are like family to each other. Personally I prefer the Greenwich store than the Westport store, although Westport has their own sale, which included some CDC last time I checked, but I suspected it all depends on what’s available that season....

I had a really bad experience with Greenwich store. I kept trying and trying there for about a year. Manager sucks and my sa was terrible... I wouldn’t recommend it at all

Had another great visit to Greenwich yesterday. The boutique was packed with people but the SAs were running around taking care of multiple people yet still provided the wife and I personalized service. We were having a great conversation with the SM regarding the yellow jacket protests and how active they were during her last Podium trip and she is sure that they will still be active on her upcoming one.

Update on Connecticut shopping though, the Hermes location at Mitchell’s in Westport is no more, so the Greenwich boutique is it for CT.

We stopped by yesterday and had an amazing experience. The SAs have been prepared well for the new lipsticks and gave my wife their undivided attention. Both registers were busy with customers, so wife also took time to find herself a new Calvi so that the time was productive.
