I ordered this breakfast cup and saucer online and was surprised to receive two in the package. Are they always sold in pairs?

This collection was started to be phased out for a couple of years, I’m not sure where you are in the world but In the UK I’ve always found the homewares concession at Harrods to be most useful as they have direct contacts to the factory and can get stock lists, I ordered 2 small items from R24 not that long ago but not much was left. Harrods was how I was able to source my black BDG pieces which were discontinued a few years ago and are extremely hard to find now. Another place is mauber1944, Franzen in Dusseldorf and Scopelliti 1887.I've been searching for Rallye 24 for the past six months and didn't have much luck...
Anyone still able to get them recently? I saw on social media that the factory in France is still producing them (to fulfill orders made long ago I suppose) but I couldn't get my SA to order them ever since this January.
And what collections do you guys think will be discontinued next? I'm so frustrated that Hermes keeps discontinuing collections every few yearsI am eyeing for a few collections and am thinking that I should probably prioritize them and get those that are more likely to be discontinued first.... I think H Deco and Mosaiques au 24 are pretty safe (?) but I'm a bit worried about A Walk in the Garden and Chaine d'Ancre Platinum
Yes they are, the plates are too, there is usually a little note when you add to cart on the H website that advises of this.
I've waited since beginning of this year for my order to come in. It was worth the patience! LOVE these spoons. Nice addition to my set and can't wait for the Fall/Winter to use with my asian noodle soups. 
I realize after my ^ posting I should have included my chopsticks. I purchased these from H Feb 2020. As you can tell I just opened the plastic sleeve it came in. 
Forgot I had them. These will go with my H Deco bowl and spoons this winter!! They are beautiful. Wood and gold trim accent.

Oh wow I didn’t know Hermes sold soup spoons and chopsticks! Hi ! The spoon is $130. I had to order them through my sa. Store isn’t large. I think they came from Paris. Each box was still wrapped with my name in it. IDK could be wrong. Whether you are also in the states or international, I would ask your sa to find or place an order for you. They are so very nice!! In addition to the large bowls I ordered the small bowls that sa callled rice bowls. They are very similar. I posted those a month or so ago. They are perfect for my ramen, pho or anything you want to place in a bowl weather soups or not. With the spoons it’s fantastic! I have not seen in person the Carnets bowls but photos of its large bowl look like it’s similar! I would ask your sa!! That pattern is mind blowing! Hope I’ve helped. Did you check to see if they have the small bowls/rice bowls? I purchased them I h deco.

I asked my sa. Don’t believe available right now. Many of maison items are seasonal but will check for me … cuz … now I have to have two more sets to purchase to go with my four bowls! See what you started?!?

Yes, they do have small bowls that I use as rice bowls! So you could be right that there should be noodle soup bowls. Carnets also has the soup spoon. Time to do some research.
