I was hoping to share more than just these 3 pieces, but apparently tableware has been a hot commodity this last year. :P

This is also the series that I am slowly collecting! :hbeat:

My store also had some shortage of homeware pieces especially around holiday shopping season last year. I wonder if all the WFH has made people more interested in buying things for around the house - I know I did!

thank you for this picture
seems like its part of the children's line even if obviously anyone can use it ! It is not my style , so I am disappointed
Just means more funds for other H items instead :giggle: or perhaps choose a different set of tableware from their existing collection. ;)

Apart from bags, I am hoping to complete my dinnerware set. Love Passifolia but wondering if they will withstand real life use? I am scared to imagine how the knives will affect the pattern. Anyone owns this set? I love the cutlery too but so pricy so might not get them for too many guests hehe. Would love to hear from those who have these on their Wishlist  View attachment 4985935
If you do a search on this thread, you'll see plenty of members have the Passifolia tableware who can answer your query. ;)

I have had Hermes chinaware for years including Equateur and Passifolia for a while. I use my Passifolia every day now since I started collecting the pieces when it launched and have posted it here including my Christmas supper. So far so good. I handwash as I prefer not to wear out the beautiful floral patterns and the gold edging in my dishwasher. The cutlery is also holding up well. The forks and knives are pretty sharp. Disclaimer, I have not used my Laguiole steak knives on my Passifolia, it’s not been necessary so far. Hope this helps.

That’s great to hear! My main worry is about the knife cutting onto the pattern That’s why I hesitated to use them as dinner plates. Also, the cutleries are so expensive (for what I am used to paying for them in non H places haha) and although I am getting more numb about it (in true H fashion ) I still wonder if they are worth it. I love the look and feel of them so much though!

Honestly I don’t think the H cutlery is worth the prices they charge. It is stainless. You could buy real sterling flatware for the same or cheaper and it will always have at least some intrinsic value based on the price of silver.
The H china is truly beautiful though and though it’s expensive it isn’t completely stratospheric when compared to other high end china brands.

Agreed. I might get two sets for hubby and I as I love the look and can use it for our special dinners. But when we have dinner parties we might just use others haha
