Hi all,

The A Toute Berline CSGM in cw 10 Rose Vif/Ardoise/ Beige briefly showed up on the French website and, although I have my doubts about the design, I ordered it because of the bright pink base colour 😋

The base colour is indeed a more bright, warm pink. It reminds me of Rose Texas, and the colour of my hot pink Robe Légère 90. I really love that shade of pink, but I am less happy with the overall design and all the blank space when tied. Will take my time with this one.

I made some comparison photos with the Cheval de Coeur Bandana in Rose. The colour of the hem is identical, and the base colours pretty similar, but the Rose is softer than the brighter Rose Vif.

Wow!!! This one looks amazing on you!!!! I have not seen it before, both bases are marvelous, but somehow the A Tout appears a tiny bit more vivid.

I’ve somewhat softened my stance on blank-space designs but the base color has to be absolutely perfect with both my skin tone and wardrobe. And, importantly for me, it can’t duplicate something I already have; I’d pick only the best iteration of that color and pass on or release the other.

These are really close; the Berline is a tad warmer, and may or may not be less limiting in terms of your styling. I like bandanas but find them to be a niche item in my own wardrobe rather than than a go-to.

This is Cheval de Coeur Bandana in the Khaki CW. I'm not sure if I'll get it but my SA let me take a photo of it. It looks grey-ish green in real life and not sure if it works for my skin tone....of course the store lighting is awful too.

The effect of the tail and the flowers is …😍😍😍😍 I have to say that Accademia Ippica in the beige and blue which I tried was also intriguing, I especially loved the match of the corners Fuji+lemurs (not as much the other, which is funny too with the Japanese wave!). I think it is a lot of beige but really wearable with many outfits including jeans!

Ps I also got the cards!! ✌🏽

The effect of the tail and the flowers is …😍😍😍😍 I have to say that Accademia Ippica in the beige and blue which I tried was also intriguing, I especially loved the match of the corners Fuji+lemurs (not as much the other, which is funny too with the Japanese wave!). I think it is a lot of beige but really wearable with many outfits including jeans!

Oh wow this looks so much greyer that on the H website… tricky to see if it works with your skintone. I really love this design though, I have the Rose and have not taking it off for the last two weeks ☺️. I am even thinking about adding a second cw, perhaps the blue. I hope you find a cw you love and suits you.

The pink looks quite cool (rather than a warm tone pink). I’m warm tone so really hesitant seeing it close up that I’d suit the colours..I love the image but now not sure if I’d actually wear it….arghhh…

I prefer this shade of pink but overall the Bandana wins in my book because the pattern looks more interesting and as you said the Berline has too much empty space imo

Thank you @Jacq1. I agree that the Bandana pattern is definitely more interesting. It is not a match for everything though, but I guess no pattern is. Either way, I am definitely keeping my Bandana, I am totally loving it this summer ☺️

Thank you @textilegirl, your reasoning resonates with me. I can tolerate quite a lot of blank space, eg I love my Robe Légères, but those also have a busy flowery center. The Berline is very quiet all over, no matter how you tie it. If I keep it, it will be for the base colour. But tbh I hope another Rose Vif shawl will be issued this season…

I’m just learning how much the cards are coveted. I’ve thrown away at least a a dozen sets thinking they were just marketing. I have more stashed away somewhere…

This Rose color is stunning 😍 I really like the minimalism of the Berline. I am swooning over your Cheval and really hope to see this one at a boutique!

So happy for you that you found that gorgeous pink Tyger! I love the Academia Hippica, it is such an incredible design 🌊 🌋 I agree it is super wearable!
