Congratulations @ShadowComet and @SilkCouture, you each look gorgeous in the blue Tulipomanie-- I think this one is going to go on a lot of people's lists if it was not already-- it has a universal appeal and with good reason because it is so beautiful! And I love both JLs you selected as well Shadow, this is proving to be a good season for the GT. I think that Fouet graphic one looks pretty cool also!

Yes! H certainly is full on unexpected surprises. I will venture to my H store sometime in August. Perhaps, I will find a couple of treasures then. (fingers crossed) :loveeyes:

I bought the pink JL from my SA - not online. Funny you mentioned the green VDC, I gave up hope with my local boutique in US and found one when I traveled international. Got home and my SA found me another green so I ended up having 2 green Cristals. I hope you can find them soon.

Thank you @LKBNOLA. I usually buy 140cm and those are my very first GTs. Surprisingly, I love them more than I thought so I'm thinking to add another cw. Will share when it arrives.

Thank you kindly! I did not get either one so I don’t think we will be twins on these (tho of course we are on many others).

I do really admire the JL triangle but it occurs to me it’s a similar color vibe to one of my Selle Imaginaires, so I am gonna pass, I think. Plus now that I’ve seen that navy Tulipomania…. :loveeyes: :drool::graucho:

Admittedly, I’ve not seen any in person. Tulipomanie looks lovely but, as GT isn’t my favourite format, it’s still a question mark.

If I’m honest, not buying too much from this season would be a relief as I’ve backfilled so many past season designs in the last few months. Sounds like famous last words as we all know what effortless influencing / enabling happens here with all the wonderful mod shots.

Edit: have just seen @SilkCouture’s navy Tulipomanie. I may have to twin with you both on it.

Your Folies is very pretty so that is already a good start of the season @GloWW0rM!

The cw of Mille are different for sure, I hope you find one you like, the pink or maybe the blue? I love the vanilla too but I wonder if it would suit you given it is such a warm cw.

I also like Emile et une nuit and the Orto Botanico and Orphée shawls, but at first sight I do not see a cw for me. I will have to see them IRL I guess…

I also like the cw of the Stately Wheels and might choose one of those ( the Bordeaux, the yellow or the sable).

But I already have two Triangles from this season so I am happy! It would also be a relief to limit my purchases and coup de coeur to a few pieces every season. I do not want to end up with hundreds of scarves later on… that would stress me out so much.

I think the navy Tulipomanie would look stunning in you!

I find that Hermès did a great job on the cw of the Caracteristick scarves! I really like that Caban colour. But like you, I did not love it enough to pull the trigger (yet).

The jungle love on the other hand is a big thumbs up from me. All the cw are stunning. This green suits you beautifully. At least on the photos, you can handle the natural background very well. But I suspect the more colourful versions would look good on you too. Like the green and black one, the orange one or maybe the turquoise bordered version (but I remember you did not like a grey background on you?) Did you have the chance to try out the other cw?

Thank you! I did try one other JL triangle, I forgot I took pictures of this. This is the turquoise bordered one.

I liked it but between the two, the all green was the winner in my mind, and then I just feel like fundamentally it doesn’t offer enough differentiation from this Selle Imaginaire:

I guess technically the SI is much less actual green in the body of the scarf.
