Hello and Happy New Year! I know we're largely moving onto the SS25 collection, but I ordered a few scarves I was interested in to test them out before the price increase, and I wanted to share one that I don't think we've seen here yet.

Les Roues de Phaeton in cw 01, noisette / caramel / rouge H


I really wanted a 140 with burgundy or maroon this fall, but it was slim pickings in the A/W collection. I decided to give this a whirl, along with the bourgogne Festival des Amazones from SS25 (I'll share those photos in the appropriate thread). I think this is quite pretty (I adore the striped hem!), and if I won the lottery, I'd keep it, but it's not love enough to hold onto. Still, wanted to share in case it helps someone out there

The caramel CW of Sous Le Charme D'Orphee, on the other hand....



It's just so elegant. I love this design so much, and in fact it's my first time buying the same scarf in 2 colorways. Can't get enough!

The Orphee looks incredible with your jacket! I agree the other isn’t quite as special. I have it in the caramel/gris chine and think the gris gives the pattern a bit of extra interest (although, like you, I am wishing for more red/burgundy lately).

Glad I could help! The noisette is a really lovely warm brown, but overall it just doesn't feel special enough. Hard to stack up against Orphee

Thank you! Yes, your photos of the caramel/gris chine version were so helpful for me! Love that one too and I was really on the fence between the two colorways. I went for Rouge H because of the aforementioned desire for burgundy/red, but maybe I should have gone for the other.

I have been wanting this CSGT and was hoping to find it during my Christmas trip to Spain for some tax return saving. Well, I only had time to visit the Barcelona store and the entire store only had one giant triangle (on display and not the print I want…the overall stock of that store is really low for everything). Anyway, as soon as I heard of the new year’s price increase I ordered it on the U.S. website. My very first cashmere silk and I love the variation of blues! 💙💙💙💙
