Not to be a downer, but I must say I feel like this season is … kind of a dud compared to previous seasons?

That’s not to say there haven’t been some good ones. We’ve all been sharing acquisitions and obv I’ve been vocal about liking the Parade en Fanfare. But even with that, I’ve been somewhat disappointed with most of the colorways of the 90s. And I don’t feel like there’s a particularly spectacular design this season. The 12 leopards is stunning, but then again it’s a repeat.
This is how I felt last season but I shy from pastels and spring colors. This season’s designs with multiple horse themes and variety of classic to modern designs has been a hit for me. I’m very much looking forward to the full cws releases of Clair de lune.

Thank you! I'm finding the stock/website photos aren't very accurate for Clair de Lune. I wasn't able to see the other colours...my boutique only had that one when I purchased it.
I’ve seen two other cw’s: the red as well as the orange and they’d be perfect if you like a bright pop of colour. BTW, if you read Wallpaper, they recently had an article on H’s silk facility in Lyon and they featured photos of Claire de Lune pattern being silk screened.

I'm curious about the silver lines, which you have mentioned before as well. My CW01 has white lines for the car windows, the stadium field, antennas on the buildings, etc. Is this what you are referring to?
My apologies for delay in replying - scarf activity interrupted by Life! I now have these 4, and the 2 on the left don’t have the silver interconnecting dividing lines on buildings etc (I also tried and returned yours, which as you say, doesn’t either), but the 2 darker scarves on the right have fine silver connecting lines, which are apparent when in the light. Photo doesn’t reveal the elusive silveryness (is that a word?)!

I agree. I have seen some beautiful pieces here, but for me personally, I am not as excited as I was for FW 22 en SS23. I like medium scale designs, brighter colors and flowers. I feel a lot of the designs are smaller, and the color ways have so much orange and teal it seams? I feel there is less that stands out...

For now, I wait to see IRL the Brandebourg Fleuri, the Chorus Stellarum bandana, the 90 La vallée de cristal and the CSGM Le colibri et le Jaguar... And I want a cashmere Triangle too, but which one?

But I am happy to read that this season pleases other scarifies. I guess my turn will come some other season:biggrin:

Hello! I need some help regarding a Hermes scarf purchase and would greatly appreciate some input.

I'm planning on purchasing a scarf for my girlfriend from the FW collection. She dresses elegantly, and I'd like to get a scarf she can wear both in professional/office settings and to more casual settings. She enjoys wearing big floral patterns, wears bright colours, avoids most dark colours. This will be her first Hermes scarf. Here are my ideas for now, I'm happy to hear your opinions and any other suggestions as well:

I'd choose the white one bc it goes super well with bright colors. The other ones are quite muted and you wrote that she avoids muted colors, so I guess she might be a winter type, who really can pull of white and black.
