I was able to bring a very short visit to the boutique today. I tried on 2 scarves that we have not seen here. I did not take anything home.

I really loved the colors on the blue planifleurs but I do not think I would wear it often.

I loved the design of the Chorus Stellarum bandana but I want to see the other colors first before making a choice.

Sorry for the bad quality of the photos, the ligt inside the boutique was not great and throws my camera off....

It's always good to try on/see all cws before making a decision.

I wonder if corporate would accept feedback and update their lighting so that we can take better photos to post here? It'll only help sales!

Amazing how well this complements different color tops - those little cars are too cute! This cw works great with your coloring.

This colorway is so much fun and looks SPECTACULAR on you, Redbird! Your entire closet goes with this!!! I cannot wait to try on multiple colorways of this design. YIPPPEEEE!!!!

Thank you, Ladybaga. I think this scarf would go with more colors, such as pale blue, white, light gray, beige and black as well. I would love to see what you find and how it works for you. Right now I’m wearing my summer wardrobe, and in thinking about my winter colors, I may need another colorway. Perhaps CW02, or the CW labeled 6 that @Hanton is showing .

Thank you, yuzulife. One appeal of this design is that my little grandson is crazy about his toy cars. I am also a Private Pilot, and the aerial viewpoint of this design is very compelling.

Yes! This may be a design that could justify a double purchase kinda thing. I used to always buy my scarves in twos so that I could wear the design in multiple seasons. I am weaning myself from doing that again unless the design speaks so loud to me that I need to buy a second to make it hush.

This En studio I think has been shown, but tossing it in in case someone needs the push hahaa. It is such a unique design and color Mix. I want to say that the color saturation is AMAZING! I will be taking the tag off because having the other side peaking out to the side in ties is so much fun. Like last photo.

Glad to see that you found your colorway of En Studio, Nomad. The colors are quite striking on you, and I especially like the the red piano keys. Very cool looking.

No, those pulls won't get worse with wear or cleaning. It is a rather common occurance and are a result of a needle going through the silk when rolling it. In a perfect world, the needle used for rolling needs to be super sharp in order to avoid it as silk is a delicate fabric, but as you can imagine we don't live in a perfect world. I am afraid if you return this one, the exchange will have the same issue. You can try of course. I wouldn't worry about it - unless one of those pulls is really ulgy or visible, etc. Good luck.
I agree with you on not living in a perfect world….but then again, these silks cost nearly 500€ now and for this price I simply expect a certain quality level….considering that this rarely happened on older scarves (what happened to quality control?). Same goes with the regularity of the stitches…the used to be perfect. I think if we are accepting this without any complaining, the companies can too easily get away with lesser quality for increased prices…

You are preaching to the choir:smile: The quality has gone worse in a last few years - I am returning more than I am buying. I have returned three (!) Tulipomanie before I got the one without flaws; two Robe Legere, etc. I am not even mentioning cashmere - after a few wearings it is full of piling (and it is all for $1225). As opposed to some of my vintage 30 year shawls that have zero piling. And I don’t even consider those tiny pulls at the hand rolled edge:smile:)) It is best to come to a boutique and ask to select one without issues - and even then, inspect when you come home when you have natural lighting. I hope you were able to exchange the one you got.
