Here are some mod shots outside with the reddish top I happened to be wearing today.

And, here is the scarf with my piano and the metronome that I've owned since childhood. Certainly this design speaks to me and I love the lavender, greens and golds of this colorway.

Oh this is so fun !!

Hey all! I just got an alert from a friend that the Brandebourg Fleuris cw03 lavande/jauned'or/gris is on the US site as well as cw 02 of Les 12 Leopards, which had disappeared for a time.

Thank you for the update! I've never been that jazzed by the various iterations of Brandebourg, but this one's intriguing. I'm not a fan of the double-faced scarves, though, it's nearly impossible to find one where I like both sides well. Maybe I'll try to see if I can try this one on (I keep waiting for the new location at Topanga to open, as it's much closer to my home, convenient to park, etc., and it's supposedly supposed to in the next couple of weeks!)

Here are some photos for @Marta_K showing Parade en Fanfare 65 on two different sweaters: light gray and charcoal to compare to the gray in the scarf. Hope this helps! I need @blydia's useful color fan and chips!

Dear LKBNOLA thank You so much for your kindness and this photo :hugs:, it is very helpful, especially with the grey sweaters. It is really great combination of colours!
I am sorry for the delay in my reply, this week at work and home hasn't been conductive to even reading in full, not to mention participating, either here or the SOTD thread, alas :-s However, I managed to see your Au Royaume De Helios post (CW04) and this scarf is so beautiful, romantic and feminine, and as if made for you- congrats! As for the doublesided scarves, I can see the dilemma - can you keep them both ;)? Personally, I liked you best in the one with the pink background.
Dear Scarfies - hope to be able to catch up with the rest of both threads in the coming days/weeks, until then - stay safe and happy hunting (F/W thread) + happy travels - both those ongoing and imaginary (SOTD thread)

I hope this is ok to ask in this thread...I just purchased the Les Douze Leopards double face scarf in CW 02. I love the scarf and the colors, but I noticed that there are small "pulls" along the sides. I don't know if this is typical of double face scarves? This is my first purchase in this format. I hate to return it just to have a second one come in the same way. But I don't know if these pulls will just get worse with time. :confused1:

This happened with one of my scarves from a previous season (regular 90, not double face). The online return date had already passed, so I took it to the store to see if I could exchange. The first SA said she didn’t see it as a defect and wasn’t very helpful. But she passed me off to another SA who was more familiar with silks and he was great. He let me inspect all the remaining scarves in that colorway and choose a new one. I also saw others in the drawer with the same issue. If I recall, C’est la Fete, which was also double faced, was pulled from stores because of visible runs.

Yes my store wouldn't sell me C'est la Fete for the run issue. I had a dye/stain issue last season with a regular 90, the store let me exchange it.

It's always good to be aware of things like these every season, at least it helps others who want to get the same scarf. I think last season men's cashmere had issues too, someone mentioned runs so that helped me inspect the scarves I wanted carefully.

Dear Scarfies, I'm a huge fan of navy, and I couldn't resist getting my hands on the Les Voitures à Transformation giant triangle scarf in Blanc/Caban/Tabac (H361422S 09) when I saw it in person. My daughter even modeled the last shot, taking advantage of today’s breezy weather.

I love this! Such an elegant colorway. It looks lovely on you and on your beautiful daughter

I think she might have about the same age as my eldest daughter… what a lovely age this is… have fun in Paris!
