This Brandebourg Fleuris is showing up on the US site, had we seen this cw? This scarf wasn’t on my radar but I’m looking forward to seeing what other colorways they release. It seems like it will tie beautifully.

They are cutting corners with each new season - by selecting simple or staple designs that don’t require complex or elaborate printing and color applications. Prices go up and creativity goes down..

some fanfare pics that cw that looks yellow golden online looks very very different, I don’t care for it at all. it’s a weird mix of mustards, an almost neon apricot, and the white is actually soft pink. I find the composition very strange and not appealing but maybe it’s just not my cuppa and somebody else will adore it. if pressed I would say this is probably best suited for a spring.View attachment 5816338
now for this second one, I’m on the fence. love the beiges and oranges and composition, just wish it were a tad more vibrant and less deep as i usually use scarves to brighten outfits. that said it is rather beautiful and i love the design, I also like that it doesn’t have ample white space which I am apprehensive about in the cw i have coming in today (the one @Jereni
posted above). will report back!

The oranges isn’t my cup of tea either, and so different to the website photos.

I understand what you mean about a scarf brightening the overall outfit but the darker cw looks incredibly elegant. I would keep it!

Thank you for posting ‘On a Summer Day!’ I missed this one when it was a 140 a few years back. And now it’s going to be available in my current favorite format.

I can see myself adding another GT to my collection but these designs are not speaking to me. I do love the candy cane hem of Les Voitures à Transformation, though!

Very unusually for me, I’m sitting on my hands so far and just waiting to see what else will get released this season.

Men's 65 cashmere silk in cw (03). Just love the size and scale and these colors. Showing two bias folds, a corner fold plus one tie. Please forgive my lint covered tee shirt and very non-styled photos! It was a morning of errands, chores and puppy training interrupted by scarf mail so..

Once you start looking on the secondary market and see what was produced years ago - as far as creativity and quality, you will see a noticeable difference.

Thank you for these @blydia! I love this design to and am having cw agita over which one. Also trying the gavroche and the men's 65 but I wish there were a cw like this one only a bit lighter or like the blue I tried with more vert sapin. Why don't the H color bosses ask for your opinion?

@Meta, I know I am remiss in not thanking you enough for all the wonderful work you do on our behalf.

I have this mix of Scottish-Argentine ancestry on my maternal side @orchard so this was a must have from the start-- was never able to find an original issue that worked and it makes a wonderful 70! Happy to enable...

Thank you so much @DrTr -- in every season there has been at least one design i have fallen for from the get-go. This was The One for me AW2023. Not that it is the only one on my list

I definitely think it may work very beautifully on you @Jereni and don't forget the factor of what someone already has in their closet-- I bought a lot of blue in the last two seasons. I love your other one and plan to try it but share @blydia's concern about the dark cw...Sometimes you love a design and the cws don't cooperate with your plans!

Thank you for posting this! I just texted my SA about this one to ask exactly that question. I am seeing this is cw02, so I assume there is at least one more and the doubles usually appear in 4-6 colorways so fingers crossed! This and 12 Leopards 90 are top of my list.

I know you also have the marron Hermes Story and if you like that, I bet you would like the PeF colorway that I bought. But then again, I know you have a much bigger collection and are more discerning of duplicates. I think I’m not quite there yet.

To my knowledge, there isn't any new cws. Seems like it's just a reissue of the same cws?

I think collecting what you like and what appeals to you is the best way to start @redheaddem and from what I have seen you have chosen a beautiful variety in both design and format so far! I learned a lot about the classic designs and prior year grails and iconic designs etc just from hanging out on the SOTD thread. And personally, I have found something to love every season (some more than others it is true!).

The day they put a striped hem on a full CSGM is the day that all the scarfies' heads will explode @GloWW0rM! The color families do seem less varied this season, at least to me.

I m trying the beautiful elegant cw (bleu nuit) that you found on your trip and that @blydia has mod shots of also!!! I will be in NJ this weekend and have plans to try it there. It is a very beautiful combination of colors @Jereni but you are right about duplicates. This is the first season I am not automatically considering two alternative cws of favorite designs. I still may!

Thanks for sharing these, I was wondering if they were new. I was squinting hard at the Summers Day one in blue. But fundamentally there’s a prev season CSGM that I want more and I think this would be a bit duplicative with it.

Actually, I just ran across this… it looks like they did do this, for the Horse Club shawl in the spring/summer season.
