It is super tempting but the needle is way over in the red zone on the number of blue/blue grey and neutral blues in my collection of CSGMs @Ashanti_Rose. I also worry that it may be a similar vibe to a blue/grey Pavement CSGM, so ... Also my two Montserrat Lugo L'Arbre du Vent are very very neutral (the dark blue and the cream/noir) so I want first to add some brights in this design! But you know how it goes....I seem to be teetering on the cashmere slope these days...
I get it, indeed:)

The 02 is the happiest in my opinion I think I will wear it a lot in spring. The blue is the easiest to style in my wardrobe as I wear a lot of blues and the green is just so special.
Some mood shots same grey jumper just for an idea. The 02 looks really good against white or light color base

Loving these on you! I must say the green and the blue are phenomenal too. I can definitely see how 02 could be a pretty, Spring scarf but I like it with the charcoal(?) sweater.

How would you describe your colouring, and are you one of these lucky people that can pretty much any colour? Would you say you look equally good in all your choices?

Thank you for these, they are helpful but if you've worn since these were taken, do you have any more recently not with a warm-beige sweater?

@amdmarques @redheaddem seeking more mod pics of 02 & 03 and advice

I've bought both, but probably won't get for a while due to missing the pre-Christmas guarantee deadline. I have bought one for my cousin and one for me.

I've been gravitating towards neutrals (counting navy as a neutral). I'm fair- but-high-colour peach skin-tone / red-blonde hair, so 'warm' leaning, but look pretty awful in a really strong yellow-cream as well as cool pale beige. Grey-purple is my shadow colour. One of my most worn CSGMs is my light (neutral) grey Plume en Fete. I'm worried about the 'Parme' in 03, I don't even see Parme.

02 would be fine, but I have lots of colourful scarves in peaches, warm blues and ambers/mustards.

My cousin has cool, pale-olive skin-tone, dark hair, obviously high contrast. Her favourite lip colours are salmon pinks and corrals. As for the ambers/golden tones in 02... not sure. She is unicorn obsessed which is why I think the scarf design is perfect. I have a hard time seeing her in the grey because it's basically light-mid-tine throughout, but I'm also thinking 02 is going to be overwhelmingly warm on her.

I am seeing photos that are turning 03 purple-y and pics of 02 very limited.

Anyone else has 02 and/or 03, or would recommend searching for another for my cousin?

Ok so I do not know much about colour theory and such. I think I am neutral leaning warm and I like to wear typical light spring colours, but also ivory, black and grey. My skin is light with warm undertones ( MAC NC20), my hair is light chestnut brown and my eyes cool grey-green.

I have so far had the opportunity to try out 4 cw but not yet the blue.

All the cw are very wearable imo except for the pink. It was a bit much for me but I would guess your niece would look lovely in the pink or maybe the grey? And for you probably green or the orange? Or maybe the grey? There is a hint of blue in the scarf but I do not see any parme…

I personally find the grey very easy to wear with black, white and navy. The orange one has very pretty pink and coral shades but I do not like the teal that much…

Here you have some photos, not all of them successful combined with the jumpers, but it might give you more info? If you need more, I can pm you to…

Oh I don’t think I can wear any colour, but I need more strong colours not pastels. See below 2 examples against different bases. My hair and eyes are brown and the skin tone is neutral with olive undertones (I’m from Portugal and get tan very quickly and easily, but a bit paler at the moment)
So for me from the 3 the green is the one that looks the best on me followed by the 02. The blue I think is quite muted, not as striking as the other 2 but still interesting, I just love blues so knew I had to get it in blue ahha
Also like with the grey sweater actually. I think they all can work as depending on the knots you can highlight different colours and tones as showed by @redheaddem and @LKBNOLA

Many thanks, really so helpful, and for what it's worth, colour theory only works for the people it works for IYKWIM. You seem to know which colours work for you because I totally agree with the choices you made and reasons. All of them compliment you but I see what you mean with the pink, it's very full on. It would actually suit my cousin's colouring, but it's not her personality-wise.

If I had all the choices I would probably buy the green for my cousin, the blue a close runner-up. She's a school teacher and is very practical, non-fussy, so maybe the blue would be her pref :panic: . Honestly, I don't even know if I'm going to be able to find either at this stage. The UK has an official unicorn shortage!!!

My reservation in giving the grey (03) to my cousin is that there isn't very much contrast, whichever way it's tied, so while cool or neutral would work for her, the grey/silver tones seem very close and may look 'underwhelming'. When someone is very high-contrast (light skin, very dark hair, dark-brown eyes etc) s/he often look good in bold contrasting light/dark or complimentary (opposite) colours. Somehow I feel it's a choice between the too warm 02 and the too low-contrast 03 and one shopping week to go.

My hair is probably lighter than yours (if I ever got around to washing it  ) but we may have a similar skin-tone, and 03 looks wonderful on you, so that's reassuring.

At least now I know I'm sorted either way

I love orange on your the most. I am similar to you complexion wise (warm skin tone, green eyes, and light brown hair) but I can't wear orange or gray. I tried the orange CW of crystal and it was rather a disappointment on me, but I LOVE it on you and @LKBNOLA. The way the orange and bronze interplay with your hair is delightful, really. Very pretty.

I can see how you suit richer colours more from these photos. My cousin is typical of someone from the Middle-East, looks pale in comparison to hair/eyes but tans easily.

You got me second-guessing the blue for her now ha ha. Maybe I'll hunt for the green for a few more days, and if I can't find it, perhaps give her first choice since I don't mind either. Both 02 and 03 are stunning and I won't mind.

Don’t totally second guess the blue, specially if she’s a school teacher she might prefer something she can wear more often rather then something too bright. I also purchased a scarf for a friend and although I know she likes bright colors, I was contemplating the Planifleurs in the bright pink which is stunning, I went for a different design ( le Charme d'Orphée ) as she is a professor and does a few conferences so I think she would use more the one that is less bright and busy.

Gosh that blue is lovely too!! You have made excellent choices 😍

I can see what you mean with the grey possible being to low in contrast for your niece…

Such an annoyance with the poor availability of this design. What the heck is that about?

But in the end, they are all stunning and I am sure you will both find the right cw for you… the orange is the warmest for sure, but there is cooler teal and yellow in that scarf too, that I hide somewhat in my knots…

Your niece is a very lucky woman to receive such a precious and thoughtful gift! Let us know how it goes!

Thank you @Ashanti_Rose! The orange cw suits my colours the best, absolutely. It’s just that I have a thing with orange and teal together… I just cannot do it. Such a shame….

I tried on cw02 in boutique just to see what it was like and it surprisingly worked with my high contrast coloring! Forgot to take photos thought.

You and your cousin might just be surprised. I'd let her try both on and choose the one she likes best. I mean, you can always swap with each other every so often if you get a hankering to! :)
