Jan Batljik’s Sweet Dreams Giant Triangle in ochre/marine/brun.
Not sure whether to keep it. Not sure if the ochre looks rotten against my skin. Colours are a bit muted for my usual preference but I am intentionally looking to fill that niche.
What colours would Scarflandia suggest to wear with it?

Love this and have been waiting forever for it to arrive in store or online. Maybe paring with a navy blue top might sharpen it up a bit. I’m a light olive complexion so yellow is hard for me to pull off unless I use deeper colors in my makeup and a darker base clothing color

It looks like you can carry all the colours, difficult to tell with so little skin showing. If this top is an indication of more in your wardrobe I would say YES, keep, its a bold and gloriously painterly scarf (in these days of computer everything)

Navy, deep teal, grey or cream would work really well for this. It would take any grey from a pale dove through to a deep charcoal. It would be great with a camel or toffee coloured wool coat, too. Paired with a restrained colour palette this is will be quite elegant and I suspect you’ll find a useful niche for it.

I hear you on the ochre: I couldn’t make these yellows or soft rust browns work with my skin and hair, but I do love this design and the triangle format seems very versatile.

Please show us some modelling pics if you try any of these suggestions!

I think it would look wonderful with a navy blue outfit, and it looks lovely with your hair color.

I didn’t anticipate wanting Choruus Stellarum 08, but seeing it up close and personal here I decided to order it .
How often have I bought 4 different colourways of a scarf at time of issue …..never!, but knowing that opportunities after issue don’t always come along at a price I like I broke my rules for once.
Here‘s my summary of the versions I‘ve bought so far:

07 The elegant beauty : ties like a dream and exudes elegance .
High contrast pink border on mesmerising blues, figures and design harmonious.
I think this will be an easy one to wear all year round .

12 The magical green :such alchemy at work , the way that the the metallic elements are rendered in this version is incredible , against the mysterious green it glows and radiates . Then there’s the deep pink hem playing against the orange in the middle ,a small thing but it makes for perfection.
No contrast border , for me this plays out as less formal.
May be a little harder to style if you’re into matching , I like it with ecru , rust and orange but intend to wear it with everything as a wild card element .

08 The delicate dark moonlit one :the greys and blacks make this a cinch for throwing on .It’s the wonderful lime contrast hem and lavish use of lilac that make me swoon here! Didn’t expect it to suit me as I’m light olive skin tone and sugary pastels can be tricky but it’s definitely do-able . I really like the nacre border because it’s quite illuminating and introduces a little warmth against the cool pastels.

11 The happy scarf! The coup de foudre ! It appeared on here and surprised us all because the online pictures were frankly horrible, even so I wasn’t prepared for quite how lovely it is . The orange , pink and yellow are so harmonious , then pow …along comes ……..turquoise ! Genius !For lovers of warm sunny colours it’s a dream.
I think this will be in constant use throughout the year . I wear lots of khaki, olive and bitter chocolate in Winter . Can’t wait !

I did return the beautiful 07 . It seemed to read formal on me , but seeing it look so gorgeous on many here I’m already missing it….

Yellow!!!!
Out of the three colourway’s available here, two had strong yellow’s in the feature colours. Usually a colour I avoid.
Could be a sign to take the plunge!!

Thank you!!!
I am leaning more and more to keeping.
The input is much appreciated and brings up points I hadn’t considered.
