We went to the boutique a couple of weeks ago. I tried the blue and gold (actually labelled anthracite and gold CW 05) Sacre des Saisons on while we were there and it is very pretty. It did not come home with me as I was looking for plates, but I thought I'd put the mod shot here in case someone needs to see this color worn. (It's probably already in here but one more never hurts.) I think I'd like this in the pocket square, if I can find it in a color that suits me. Mr Bcat is in the background, waiting patiently.

It's very pretty, but I'm not sure it would stay with me for the long haul. And for almost $500 they need to have a good long term possibility.

Scarf one of the season . A wonderful fellow scarfie was able to pick one up for me . Apologies for my glistening skin. I was sweating in so many clothes and too far away from an air conditioner. My summer wardrobe had nothing to make it shine. I keep this black cardi in my closet all year tho. I do have some items in my Fall/winter wardrobe that will make it shine when I do the swap, yay! In particular a red sweater in the exact color as the flower. And a pink sweater.

In the last photo I threw it over one shoulder. I love seeing the entire design this way.

Went with DS1 to pick up a gift for his GF before she leaves for college (he had pretty much decided in advance he wanted to get the black/blue/pink/lavender Minuit au Faubourg because he likes the 70cm size and the pink matches her bag) and I found the aubergine En Liberte. Love love love!!! I was totally enabled by those of you who posted photos!

The second scarf I bought - Sacre Saisons - is technically the same colorway. I am working on my colors article for the season for PurseBlog now, so I will have more suggestions (but it seems that most of the “aubergine” scarves do not have olive in it like this one, which is a huge draw for me)

The shawl and Le Sacre silk were complete surprises! I hadn’t planned on those, but I couldn’t leave without taking these home with me.
I still want American Quilts shawl in caramel/green tones. That will come in later this season.
