YIKES! I know I shouldn't be surprised, but I always am. When is enough enough??
Especially when they only went up 12 euros in France to 292 euros which I think includes tax. That's $390 CAD. Canada has a 10% duty so $430 or so would be about right and that's without removing the VAT.
Cheaper to fly to Paris and pick up a few scarves. I'll make sure I fly through JFK to check out the sale.

Argh. I need a Peep to volunteer to look on my behalf at the Hermes spring sale in NYC. I won't be around. . . (I'll be in a nice place, but alas, not at the sale). We have some time to put our heads together, so anyone who's up for Mindi stand-in duty in March, give it some thought and prepare to step forward. . . .
It's tropical. And it has an Hermes boutique! But no H sale, alas. Still, I will probably be able to console myself at full price.
