That's the biggest factor in his favor. Keep him eating and feeling spunky, and you'd be surprised how tough cats can be. Steroids work wonders, too, if only temporarily.

DH called me for a lovely impromptu lunch this afternoon. Such fun and so sweet! I found a really cool bag at Jigsaw - a distressed leather tote with studded stars! It just snapped tho, no zip. I couldn't spend the moola for a non-zipped bag. Loved it, tho!

So very sorry to hear about Winky. Our one Lhasa - the Ted of my screen name - also had lymphoma. We were lucky to have a U Penn resarch vet treat him as part of her study at our local vet. Ted was able to have chemo, but the first part of his treatment was steroids and the improvement was fast and significant as OB says.
