Spoke to my SA today as came to the store to show her on the bag 
and she said it’s gone, the received 3 and they were all gone within 2 hours 🤣

I have asked the customer service for hermes.com and they told me they didn't know if it would be coming in and couldn't see that it should arrive in the near future. Was the customer service you were in contact with in a store?
Has anyone heard from their US SA about these? My SA is telling me she is unable to locate it in her system 😭
I was about to ask the same. Three days ago my SA couldn’t find it in the US either.
I asked my SA yesterday about the Faubourg Surprise cadenas. She found one in a different store, not sure where, and placed a transfer order. But it was already sold out 😢but hope it went to a happy home with a TPFer ❤️. And hopefully they’ll produce more….
They are starting to come in! Mine arrived last week and I ordered in the US.
