It sounds like your heart is leaning toward Deep Bleu (which is also my recommendation). As @Suncatcher mentioned, it's one of the prettiest blues Hermès offers--like a jewel-tone take on navy. If it helps, this color pairs fantastically with dark denim, so if you wear a lot of jeans then you'll get a lot of use out of it.
I have a bag in Etoupe and--while I must admit it pairs well with nearly anything as a neutral--the color to me is quite... blah. I wear it the least of all my bags, and only when none of my other bags pairs quite right. That said, "blah" in a neutral is not a negative at all.
