They have been consolidating stores in Europe for a little while, there are also stores that are closing in Germany. I'm guessing that the people who shop at Antwerp might as well shop in Brussels, Knokke or Amsterdam, locals or tourists. Europe has been the by far weaker market for H since the pandemic and the only area that isn't back to pre-pandemic numbers according to financial reports. Even before the pandemic, in 2012, they stated that they would open fewer stores globally, and focus on Latin America, Asia and the Middle East, not Europe. Hermes has opened stores in Europe since then (Warzaw and Oslo off the top of my head). If they open more stores in Europe, I'm presuming it would be further east or in a tourist destination they're missing out on, such as Kiev which doesn't have an H store as far as I know.
Hi everyone! I created my wishlist in the Brussels boutique about 3 months ago with a lovely SA 
I am fairly new to Hermès, and have so far only purchased a few accessories (Bastia coin purse, a key ring, a Kelly double tour bracelet, a pair of Orans and some make-up products) from the Brussels boutique. I don't have a personal relationship with any of the Brussels SAs (yet), and I am also a bit unsure how to build one (I always just wait for the first SA having any availability). 
Does anyone know what the chances are in Brussels to actually get offered the bag on my wishlist (B25) in this case? I am of course planning on continuing to buy some pieces that I love from them, and I am by no means in any hurry, I just wonder if there is any chance at all or if I should try to focus on building a relationship in Paris instead (I spend a lot of time there as well, as it is so close to Brussels). Any advice would be welcome!

Hi, I had really great experienced shopping at Hermes in Brussels. The first time there in Oct 2022, I bought some RTW, and shoe. The total was around 2k+ euro, I got an offer of mini Lindy in gold. The second time with different SA, I bought RTW, shoes and fine jewelry. The total was around 10k+ euro, got an offer of 28 Kelly ever color. I plan to visit there again soon!
Shopping with one SA will definitely help to build a relationship.
Hello, I just wanted to check if anyone has recent experience on getting a Kelly/Birkin from the Brussels store. I would love a quota bag and went to the store a month ago ago to ask for the specific one I want. The SA who helped was very nice and helped me create a wishlist and told me that normally I could have the bag within a year. I am not a regular customer and not sure whether I will be buying things in the near future.. Do I have any actual chance of getting the bag?

It depends on several things : are you are a local (belgian resident) ? how broad/specific is your wishlist? what bag you requested ? ...
Hello, I am a Belgian resident and I asked for a Kelly 28 in the usual colours (grey/brown/black).
Then for sure, they will try to please you and grant your wish in typically 8 to 10 months - for a K28 in a classic colour it shouldn't take more than a year.
I would go into the boutique once more in a few months, and kindly allude to your wish
