Hi @BBC, I was told that Manuel Canovas de Lorca is a wallpaper designer. And the rose design on this shawl was for his daughter, Alma.

I was hoping there would be an all-pink cw though perhaps we haven't seen all the cws...

Some UK members might chime in - far as I know Canovas has been big - ie important and a high end home textiles etc name for a long time in the UK.
