but this location is more convenient for me as I’m usually staying close to the area. Etoupe in GHW - didn't even request what color I'm looking for but is EXACTLY what I want (all my Hermes collections are Etoupe with GHW, really goes well with my daily & causal outfit) 🥰
Indeed! But am seeing Domain is actively expanding their store collections - seeing Dior and Balenciaga are opening soon, hope Hermes will soon join the crowd!!
From what I've gathered, the pre-spend ratio for Birkin and Kelly is rather reasonable compare to my home stores (Palo Alto & San Francisco). Wow! Surprised this is something the Austin store would get! It’s not something I would want but I know it’s highly desired by many!
I think SO’s are quite rare in Austin. Last I heard each SA was allowed to pick 1 client for SO. Not sure if this has changed recently though.
Interesting. My SA who I’ve been working with since March asked me if I would be interested in one. The SM mentioned to me as well last month when I was in store. I haven’t been given a spot yet but it sounds like I’ll get the opportunity at some point. Is this something you heard from the store directly?
Yes, from my SA. This was last year though, not sure if they got more slots this year.
One slot per SA (approximately) is fairly standard for smaller stores (2-3 for larger and much larger stores, its done by budget which is based on overall store sales).
