I visited today. It’s a nice store, but very small. Considering size, a fairly nice amount of RTW on the floor (didn’t inquire about sizes), a small fine jewelry section, small selection of mens/womens shoes. I asked about smaller bags for an event (a non quota - and also knew would be a long shot), but no stock and even said they haven’t received a Jige since last September.

I visited the store this weekend and it was really wonderful. The SAs were patient and eager to help find what I was looking for. I ended up leaving with a pair of Chypres for myself and some espadrilles my mom picked out. We asked about a TPM and our SA gave us her card and told us to text her before we leave Greece, as they may be receiving a large shipment very soon. The entire experience was far superior to many other Europe and Middle East stores we have visited. At many of those stores, it seems that SAs have, understandably, grown austere and inhospitable due to the crowds of demanding luxury tourists, not to mention the resellers shuffled within them. I can’t wait to come back. Greek hospitality truthfully cannot be exaggerated.

I visited in May and the SAs could not be more aloof. One short SA with a mop of curly dirty blond hair was especially a treat. He managed to walk right in front of my husband and I several times and STILL managed to ignore us. Such a talent! When I finally got his attention the 6th time he walked right past me he didn't even bother to listen to the rest of my question regarding ties (we were perusing them for at least 15 minutes), and instead turned to one of his other associates to answer theirs. She also interrupted me mid-question regarding ties.

I have experienced a lot of rudeness in many luxury stores, but this one takes the cake. The stock was low and I have no idea if anything was even in my size, because I couldn't even ask! I walked out and I don't plan on returning.

Hello,
I will be in Athens on the 21. Do you recall the name of the nice SA? Thanks

I visited this store in early July and I totally agreed that the SAs went out of their way to blatantly ignore you. Small store but many SAs (6-8) but all of them seem to be busy with their own stuff. A few helping local clients. After 10 minutes, we managed to get an SA who finally took our request for orans. Good thing is they have stocked up neutral sandals. Once we decided to buy the sandals then he became really nice and proceeded to assist us. I didn’t dress up in any H that day and I got a feeling that I would have gotten better service if I did—so maybe an advice for future visits.
