Hermes 35cm Kelly Ostrich?

I've been trying to get a 32cm ostrich Plume for YEARS, and Hermes keeps refusing or cancelling the order. I'm told that each season there is only a small amount of skin to go around for all the stores, and Hermes' attitude is "Why should we make one bigger bag when we could make two smaller bags and hence more profit?"

Do you live in the states? My boutique has an ostrich plume but I forgot the size. What size and color are you looking for? I can ask them if it's a match.
