My niece really liked the box and wanted it but Little Man (DS) wanted the box too. The SA said he’d see if there was an extra one we could have. I mentioned that H doesn’t give out boxes, but he was new so bless his heart trying. My solution: buy another twilly. :biggrin:

Oh yes the SA there I worked with was very nice - I too popped in for a twilly while in Seattle in September! Lovely display....artistically worth seeing even if you have no intent to purchase. Gallery worthy!

Had I been there I would have given Little Man my box...I didn't even take the bag since I had the SA tie the twilly right onto my bag so I could wear it out on the town. :)

I feel so behind the times...only realized this delightful option existed today! But I moved quickly and had a pleasant experience shopping via phone/txt msg (I live two time zones away from Seattle) with the very kind SA (Baldo) at the pop-up. An orange clic H, the marine Pirouette au Galop shawl, and the ivory Etude pour une parures 90CM are on the way! Baldo did tell me that the pop-up is closing down on 1/7, to be replaced by CELINE for 6 mths. He said the staff at the store was very sad to see H go (understandable)...that everyone had gotten used to it. Return policy is a mix of H and Ndstm- have to send everything back in perfect condition, within 30 days (new, unworn, tags/stickers still attached, box included), but you get the return back on your card, not store credit. For those who want to shop before 1/7- Baldo sent lots of pics of CDCs, KDTs (including a gorgeous gator one in amethyst), KDs, and enamel jewelry. They also still have some exceptional scarves.

Sounds like you had a great experience and wonderful purchases. I was there in August and enjoyed the pop-up. Wish it would stay a bit longer.

I worked with Baldo too. I’ve made 3 orders with him and I told him I will text him next month to order one more time once my Nordstrom note update. I’ve been saving mine and should have $200 to go towards my final purchase.

Oh no! So sad! I thought they were going to be around for another year. :sad: Thanks so much for the update - I'll have to make sure to stop by next week after the holiday.

So glad to have found out about this pop-up through this thread! I placed 3 phone orders and all three salespeople (Baldo, Jack, and Ryan) were helpful and nice to work with. 2 of the 3 bracelets I purchased through the pop-up were not in stock on the H site for the size/color I wanted (T1, Gris Asphalte). I was very excited to see that they were in stock through the pop-up. Will be sad to see the pop-up close in a few days.

Hi all, does anyone know if one has to ship back a return to the pop-up shop? One of the bracelets I ordered over the phone (I don't live in Seattle) unfortunately doesn't fit me and I'll need to return it. I wonder if this can be returned in any Nordstrom store as the box came with a Nordstrom return sticker, and the receipt is a standard Nordstrom receipt. Thanks for any help!

I think it needs to be returned to the Seattle store (I was talking to one of the SAs earlier this week who was telling me that another local store had allowed the return of one of their items and he was sweating a bit about getting it back). That being said, tomorrow's the last day of it so I don't know what you would do after that... I would call the Seattle store and speak to someone at the pop-up.
