He looks the same to me. The darker hair + the beard makes him look better/younger for some reason, IMO. I always found him more attractive with the 5 o'clock shadow/full beard than clean shaven.
I don't understand the whole dating a teenager thing these men seem to be obsessed with but at least she's legal...I guess.

Maybe it has something to do with his personality. He kinda comes off as a bit of a douchebag now. Dating a girl that just graduated high school, plus the alleged sexists and homophobic comments he made last year. It really kills his hotness.

Henry Cavill is having a blast enjoying his A-list actor money, and he’s not afraid to admit it.
“I’m slightly wary of saying this, because it can be frowned upon, certainly by members of my community and people outside my community,” the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice star told Man of the World magazine.
“But I’m not just doing this for the art. The money’s fantastic and that’s something which I deem – and again, it is frowned upon – very important.”
Outside of spending money on himself, Cavill says he really enjoys spreading the wealth around to his friends and family.

“You’ve got to enjoy life! I mean, you’ve got to,” he exclaimed. “When I’m making money I’m spending it on nice stuff, whether that be lavish holidays for me and my friends or just seeing something and going in a shop and saying, ‘Yeah, I want that for the house,’ I’m buying it. Spending money on my friends, buying dinner for everyone, drinks for everyone, it’s a nice place to be, and I like people to feel cared for,” he adds.
Despite his good intentions, Cavill realizes his candidness could be perceived as cockiness. “People will be calling me a c— as they’re reading this, but travel’s great as long as you’re going first class. I mean, traveling to New Zealand in economy, it sucks. Especially if you’re over six feet. But first class? I’m not going to ever pretend to be coy about that. I love it.”
After skipping college to pursue an acting gig on Laguna at the age of 18, Cavill also notes that he’s making up for lost time in the party department.
“I didn’t get to mess about and be a university kid, but I get to mess about now,” he said. “And I’ve actually got money to spend on nice places, rather than having to go to grotty pubs that stink of piss.”
Fortunately, Cavill says he’s not one to dwell on the past. “I don’t like to focus on things that I missed out on. I also got huge benefits, and that’s really good.”

I don't have the links, sorry. It was posted on IMDB last summer. He allegedly approached a group of women at a club or bar and was trying to hit on one of them. When she turned around, he said something along the lines of "Oh no. You have small breast". The woman's friend ripped him a new one on Twitter. I saw her tweets. She said he was arrogant and rude.
He also allegedly made fun of a gay fan. Can't remember the story but the kid was apparently upset and posted about what happened on either Twitter or Instagram. I think one of the his fiends told Henry off for being homophobic and Henry played the old "I'm not a homophobe, I have gay friends" card.
