I hate speculating about his relationship status because imo, it's no ones business, but I think he might actually be single again and that's why he's acting the way he is.

This happened last year too. After his "relationship" with Kaley ended and before he got back together with Gina, he was out partying a lot. Lots of drunk pictures and stories floating around Instagram at that time.

He apparently grabbed her butt. And he also said something about feeling old because everyone partying with him was super young lol.
I didn't mean there were scandalous stories per say. Just stories. People talked about him buying drinks for them or talking to their friends on the phone, stuff like that.
