Help-What size diamond pendant to match diamond studs

I'm opposite I guess....... I have studs that are 4.07cttw & love my .27cttw bezel pendant (d-b-t-y). I would get the size you like best with it. I work in a jewelry store.......no rules, wear what you like is the best guideline.

I agree! I love a smaller pendant! I also like big studs...I don't think they have to "go."

I really think it depends on your earrings.
In your case, I would go larger for certain.
My studs are 4ctw (2 carats each stud) and my pear solitaire is a little over 2ctw.
My rule is to go at least as large as one of your earrings unless you intentionally want a very discrete look which is also very lovely.

I don't think it matters but if I were purchasing this for myself I would get a stone larger than the earrings so I would have the option of a three stone ring later if I wanted.

Thanks everyone!! I ended up getting a one carat on 4 prong. After trying on several sizes I realized as many pointed out that they prefer the pendant should be slightly larger than the earrings! Thanks for all the advice from everyone !!
