Help! Trying to choose a special piece of jewelry

View attachment 3591291 So....this is ultimately what I went with! I got a Helen Ficalora chain with a "Mom" charm and then three tiny birthstone charms for my kids. I like it a lot, although I'm still trying to decide if it needs more charms or if I should keep it simple. Thoughts?

I liked the various bracelets that were suggested, but my wrists are so scrawny that I have a hard time finding ones that fit comfortably. I'm still interested in the Chaumet, but I haven't been able to find any information. Thank you everyone for your help!!! XOXO
