I think it's a beautiful bag. The MK Saffiano isn't as nice as the Prada IMO but I would still purchase it. I was eyeing them last weekend and loved all the colours that were available. You're right the straps are very thin but it reminds me of the LV Neverfull. The LV NF has very thin straps as well but the bag still can hold quite a bit. It think if you don't overload the bag, you should be fine. I'm lusting over the red one. :smile1:

OMG! I am lusting after the red one as well... and the pink... and the black... and the camel... sigh. It is a great everyday tote... :graucho:

I agree and for the price....its a steal! An all leather and all weather large tote bag!!

You can get 3 of them for the price of one LV neverfull !!!!

I can't decide between the red and black.......:thinkin: I'm going to check them out tomorrow along with the saffiano satchels.

I caved and got the black, red, and pink :laugh::p... along with the pink card holder... :graucho: omg. Love the feel of the leather! I was comparing it with my dear LV NF MM and you know what, I can totally use this as a winter bag and not worry about snow or rain damaging the vachetta! :dothewave:

You held back and didn't buy the beautiful camel?:smile1: I know, you have the LV and it fills your brown tote quota;) Not having vachetta is a huge seller for me. Saffiano is supposed to be scratch and weather proof and I love that it has 2 large internal pockets which is so useful. I also love that the entire bag is leather and comes with it's own purse charm!

Please do a reveal and mod pics if you have the time! I'd love to see the card holder as well. Did you see the long wallets in the saffiano? It is combining the LV Josephine with a removable coin pouch and the origami wallet with different colours inside and lots of card holders. It's stunning! Can't wait to see your new bags :D CONGRATS!!!!!!!

Hi All, i am coach fan but i couldnt take my eyes off this purse when i was in nordstrom over the weekend. went home searched online to see who else sells this purse, found out Bloomingdales sells it, and was also during the friends and family weekend, took advantage of the 20% discount! cant wait for it to ship!
EDIT - ordered a black one

I've been eying the red one myself. I think I'm going to get it during Macy's friends n family. Can some one do a comparison between medium and large size?? I can't decide between the two

Hello Anne,

The medium size is slightly smaller than the LV NF MM but height wise it is about the same. The straps on the MK tote is slightly longer.

The large size is HUGE...like really big. It is bigger than the LV NF GM and it sooooo qualify for a weekend getaway tote.

IMO, I think the medium size will be more than suffice as a daily carryall.

For reference, I am 5'2 and the medium is just fine.
