Sounds like you’ve made your mind up….In my opinion, the ones you’ve selected “to go” are reasonable and the keepers are the true classics (although I’d be tempted to keep the Noir B25).

I would keep them all - maybe except no. 4 - the tadelakt MINI Kelly, because according to your post of 04/06 the mini Kelly might still be within the returning window and would make somebody else very very happy. So you woudn't have to bother selling this one.
There is someone's law that states the first bag you let go will be the one you regret most.
Without knowing your circumstances it is not possible to give a properly useful answer.
However if you must decide whether to keep or not:
for each bag - has it been used over the past 12 months? do you currently have clothes for which it would be appropriate? do you envisage buying clothes in the future for which it would be appropriate?
If there is a 'Yes' answer, keep it.
If the answers are all 'No', consider if you want to let it go - if the slightest doubt, keep it.
This might whittle your collective down to two bags, or not reduce it at all,
but at least you would have applied some rationale to your decision - not the whims of strangers.

So your inclination is to keep Benton B25; etoupe B25; etoupe mini k; nata mini L; and a few others
Simply in response to this thread, I would personally eliminate 7 and 10. Etoupe and nata can often be worn where one would wear choc. It doesn’t sound like you like K25 as much as B25 , since you have more of the latter ? And you have other GPs. With the trend towards stealth wealth and bigger bags, it really depends on where you are in your collection ans mindset
But, I really would advise not rehoming multiple bags too quickly bc regret is very real.

If forced to whittle this down, I would get rid of:
-Beton Swift B25, because you say you freak out about using your bags already and Beton Swift can't help with that, plus you'll get a good price for a B25 atm, and you have black and Etoupe in B25 neither of which I would let go - black is a classic and your Etoupe is a special order.
-Tadelakt MK - wouldn't normally suggest letting a Mini Kelly go but (again with being scared to use your bags) Tadelakt is fairly delicate, you already have Etoupe, and apparently it's only about ten days old, so if you must resell it instead of returning or exchanging, you will make a profit and can (if you wish) get an MK that is less delicate in chèvre or Epsom. (I say this as an owner of a Box MK, which I love, but chèvre is way easier to use.)
-Whichever of the C18s you like the least.
-Etoupe GP 30 because you have two other GPs you use and aren't considering selling, so apparently you don't use this one.
You could also get rid of your Lindy 26 as they are relatively easy to get, but Clemence is so indestructible, I would suggest trying to use this bag more before rehoming it.

Well first I’d keep them all! 10 bags doesn’t seem like an excessively sized collection, especially given the diversity of style you have within that group (and it looks like a thoughtfully curated collection to me too). Or are these part of a larger collection?
But if I had to choose, without knowing your style or how you use these bags, I’d keep all the Bs because you have a lovely suite of neutrals in different leathers. They feel like a nicely complete mini-collection to me. I’d also keep the K25 and lose the MK (but that’s just me - not a mini bag person). Then I’d probably lose the GP30 and maybe one of the Cs.
I echo other posters that you should not rush to divest. It’s much easier to get rid of most of these bags than it would be to replace them.

Amongst the list you'd let go, I'll keep the black B25 and Constance-to-go. Black is a classic and size 25 is so easy to use. If you are keeping your GPs to carry baby stuff or travel then the CTG will come in handy.
I will also consider letting go both the mini K and K25. Tadelakdt scratches easily and mini K can't fit a large iPhone. For K25, I don't like chocolate.
Not an easy decision for you because you have such a coveted collection
Indeed it was very curated! I waited years for some of these bags then ended up not using them as much as I thought but I still love them deeply in my heart.
I like your K25 Chevre, K20 Tadelakt, Beton Swift B. Maybe keep your most 5 favourite bags. GL
Some good advice given already. When I wasn’t sure about what to keep/let go I got my whole wardrobe out and tried on outfits with different bags. It soon became clear where the duplicates were/what didn’t really go. Be honest about your real life and not fantasy life too! Which bags do you reach for? Or do you just admire them but not use them?
