Help needed! Palm springs mini damage?

I do see it. It is sooooo hard to see, how did you even find it? I understand how it would bother you. I too have a personality where little stuff like this, especially on luxury bags that are expensive and supposed to be essentially perfect, bothers me and I tend to dwell on it. I were you I would take it into a LV to ask a SA about. My bet is it’s some byproduct of the manufacturing process. This bag is hard to find, so hopefully they can find you another quickly if they do agree to exchange! If not, your bag will get more damage to it as you use it, so just enjoy the bag. No sense of having nice bags if you don’t enjoy them, imho. Let us know what happens! :)
 
My monogram keepall has exactly the same line. In my opinion this is something they do on purpose just to give the canvas the right shape. I have my keepall for 5 years and no cracks at all.

Frankly I have never seen this type of line on my bags (fingers crossed) and I had went through dozens of bags new or used, I'm wondering if they were caused by a particular sewing machine when the bag was made? You guys may check out where your bags were made?

My bag was made in France. Date code starts with DU.
