i just love blue!! it is my favorite color! love love blue topaz and blue sapphires! lucky u with having it as your birthstone. my birthstone is ruby and red is my least favorite color...go figure!!!:p

in my opinion, you're still fine with sapphires. ruby is corundum; sapphire is corundum. you could possibly say that ruby is a red sapphire.
 
yes, except yours would look better IMO because it would be 3 separate rings. also, your center stone sits higher than this ring. your set would like similar to this, but much much better!

DH didn't like the 3 ring bit. He just likes the 2 rings. Ha! I agree with him. 3 rings is way overkill :P

Yeah-my stone sits fairly high. I like it like that too. :)
 
I vote for all sapphires, and I LOVE me a nice ring gap! :smile1: I have always been a gap kind of girl -- when things match too perfectly, I get a little uncomfortable. LOL. I have always thought that when non-matchy yet complementary rings are stacked together, it is such an elegant, effortlessly chic look!
