Help me pick! B Bag or Edith

Fendi. I once thought I loved the Edith but the more I see it the more it looks like a briefcase. Plus it won't fit on the shoulder, i like having the option.
I vote Fendi Bbag because it can be worn to a fancy event or a casual event....the Edith could not be worn to a fancy event because it looks too plain....the Fendi has pop and unless you know about handbags, the Edith looks beyond understated IMO.
