The second red one is the only choice I like on you, the others look oversized.

I think if you want a large capacity bag, a tote would look a bit better, these are styles that look better in small/medium sizes.

There are chic leather totes, like the Ysl sac du jour, LV cluny, and givenchy antigona. Totes don't have to look like a floppy rectangular day bag, they can look more dressy [emoji28]
I agree here. I think all the other bags just look too big on your frame. I actually really like the first Gucci you modeled best in terms of shape, but it overwhelms your frame a bit. Do they possibly have it in a smaller size? If not then, I would go with the LV Empriente Speedy as it is the only bag where it looks like you are carrying the bag and not the other way around. I am also petite and this is one of the main reasons that I largely stick to smaller bags. That and I don't carry much stuff with me on a daily basis anyway.

Is the Petite Noe secure? I have a "thing" about someone reaching into my bag and taking out stuff (gasp!). I tried the Cluny BB - it was too long on me and there was no way to shorten the straps)

I have a petit Noe and here's the deal. Of course if you tie it tightly shut, it's secure. But nobody does that because it's a pain to open and close. So I personally do a half-open bow thing (bow is kinda knotted so it stays put). Opening is big enough for my hand to dig in, but closed enough so things don't just fall out.

So can someone reach in your Noe that way? Well yes BUT you will 100% feel it because the hole will be right under your armpit. And the bag is deep. Here is my photo to try to show you what I mean:

^That's how I keep my Petit Noe tied. You can make it a bit tighter, I suppose, for a smaller hole, but I like mine that way.

I have never had problems with it.

The speedy is nice on you but i find speedy's to be so casual and a little common (where I live, at least). I like the epi bags more (if you ask me about day to night transition). Or even vernis!

Yes, they are surprisingly secure. I always pull the cord tight when I want to wear it while walking around (my not so safe) city. Once it was raining suddenly, and all my stuffs inside were not wet at all. The strap is also not too long for me (5'2). I am not really an LV fan, but my Petit Noe noir is really one of my fave bag

Any updates OP?
Ahhh.. still deciding. I did check out the petite Noe (recommended above). It looks much better on my frame (which made me realize how big the others looked on me!). I also checked out the Loewe Puzzle bag - this MAY be my next purchase, except the color I want (tan) is back ordered till March 2017! The puzzle bag is the same capacity as the Speedy 25 (IMHO)

The Loewe Puzzle bag is super popular indeed. You can wear it multiple ways and squish it flat for evenings. It's quite pricey though, and depending on the leather you choose, it can be quite delicate.

Where do you live? Here in Asia, the tan in small is always on shelves when I look (Hong Kong and Taipei). Singapore has 3 shops but I don't know how availability is over there.

Loewe makes many colors. These are photos I took in Hong Kong. Maybe you can check out other colors? This is the Flamenco bag. This is gorgeous:

If I get a Puzzle bag, I would get this red color:

Good luck!

Good luck!
Thank you! I live in the continental USA. My local Nordstrom had the bag in tan BUT it was the display model. I wanted a pristine one (picky picky!) I also wanted to check if it gets scratched easily - unfortunately there is so little information about this bag on the web or even on YouTube. I think the red color in the picture is called coral here in the US. It is also sold out.

As much as I adore Loewe, I truly believe that their leather is just so buttery and supple that it DOES scratch easily.

I have seen their supple lambskin.. And I have seen their box calf. Former truly feels like touching a baby's bottom. I can't explain but in my opinion, this is the best and softest leathers I have ever touched in a bag boutique! I described it once to my aunt as "I think just looking at it will scratch it" (I was referring to the lambskin purple flamenco bag that I was lusting after). I never bought it but convinced my friend to buy it. It's a beaut but she rarely uses it because of fear haha.

I have no idea if they offer a pebbled leather? I think they MAY have those? If so, then those are worth checking out. Those will last!

Perhaps go on the Loewe thread and ask around?

And yeah you should be picky! Loewe is not cheap!! You deserve a pristine bag.

Again, good luck!

Thank you! The puzzle bag LOOKED like it had sturdier leather but I do want to check with people who own the bag. The SA told me it was hardy - but I expected to hear that :) I want impartial owner reviews! The Flamenco bag looks gorgeous!!

I'm biased towards the Alma in epi myself, because I love that it's a transition bag from day to night, but also durable. Epi is so classy and sexy to me too. You look amazing in the Alma!

Hope to hear about your puchase! I always make sure whatever I buy is not the display model and a new one. :P And I feel you, it took me months to decide to buy my last purchase.

Good luck! The puzzle bag is gorgeous. =)
